Where do you find your clothes?

We found our clothes all over the place. Around half of our inventories are designed in Uk and other countries in Europe. We also design and customize our products of collaboration with other small independent designers from all over the market, which would bring you the most unique variety.

What does 'Final Sale' mean?

If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items.

Will you be getting ______ back in stock?

Most of our inventories can be re-ordered, and if the item has attracted enough interests we will do our best to re-order it.

What does ‘limited quantity left' mean?

If an item is marked ‘limited quantity left’, this means that we are running low in our inventory for this item. In case several customers are trying to order the same piece at the same time (this usually takes place when the promotion is on), you should be aware that probably you may not get it. If your order for limited quantity item(s) was rejected, we will send you a notice of failure within 24 hours.

Why don’t I regularly hear from La Vie Lente?

We like to keep in touch with our followers, so we send our member emails regarding fun features, new arrivals, latest promotions, in addition, the most updated information about your order and shipment. We also take care to respond to every customer email that we receive.

Do you carry petite, larger, additional, plus, or extended sizes of your clothing?

Since we are sourcing our clothes from all over the world, the size may vary from brand to brand. Some of our brands are available in both XS and XL, and we are excited to stock them.

We know not everyone is built the same, and we do our best to provide as many information on dimension parameters (such as length/ breast/ waist/hips) as we could in our product description page.
